We did a fantastic trip to Peru in 2012. This included a five-day trek in the Vilcabamba region near Cusco, a taste of the jungle at an eco lodge in the Amazon basin and a magical home-stay on Lake Titicaca.

Our one and only trip into South America has given us a taste for more to come. Now that our 2020 trip to Europe has been cancelled due to the COVID19 pandemic, another trekking trip to this continent around December/January is a candidate to replace it if the travel restrictions are eased in time.
